i found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful they assisted with luggage and always opened doors i had a good experience with room service the cleaning was thorough each day i appreciated the central location the rooftop pool was a plus for relaxation i enjoyed an afternoon swim there

delicious breakfast comfortable loungers faulty jacuzzi absent air conditioning
i found the breakfast delicious with many options. the rooftop pool offered a spacious area with comfortable loungers. the cleaner was always happy to help taking and returning my laundry the same day, i found that very efficient!
the air conditioning was not on in the hotel, so getting to the rooms and in the lift was hot. there was no response to my complaint about the jacuzzi not working until i checked out early in the morning.
